A mix featuring tracks from Kniteforce, Ram, Creative Wax, Brain Records & more
I was lucky enough to be invited down to the Interlight Christmas Special to play some records alongside Nibbers, Heidi Ice, Double O, Mantra, Panka, DJ Virus & Thumbzo. With MC Major Ranks & MC Raptor hosting the whole affair.
It was ram out by the end, the most rammed I’ve ever seen the place with lots of recognisable faces & a fair few new ones too. I’ve met so many good people that have come to Interlight – DJs, Producers & punters – I love the Castle, such a wicked crowd & the musics always firing.
I’ve got a memory of Mantra & Panka playing a wicked old school garage set & then Dubz firing off some 88 – 92 classics around 3am & the place going mental – just cause that’s how it went.
From memory, this is a slightly cut down version of what I played on the night.

I got a lot of good feedback on the first one of these & quite a few emails twisting my arm to do another one – so, here is the next instalment of I bring you the Jungle – volume 2
As a side effect, it’s been good to be able to put them in mixes so I can listen to them myself, seeing though all my records are stored away for the time being & I have to go & dig through a load of boxes to get a few out at a time, it’s like being a kid with ‘new’ old toys.

I’ve been asked by loads of mates to make a set of mixtapes with all the jungle, hardcore & drum & bass records that we grew up with & used to play all the time. To start, here are a few more obvious big tunes I used to play quite a bit.
